Title: How to cook Pork Bulgoggi

    1. What strong points does the speaker have?

While giving the speech, I tried to improve my weakness from the mid-term presentation; for example, eye contacting with audiences and interaction with them.

    2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?

My topic was not that uncommon to audiences, but some of them were interested in my topic because they were the people to whom my presentation could be helpful. In fact, one of them actually asked me about the food in detail. In general, I think that they had no hard time understanding my speech subject.

    3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
Last time, I think I did not give impression to my audiences, so I tried to figure out the way to give them good impression to my presentation. I tried many things to give proper linkage between the topic and statistics, to give some activity which they can participate in, and to make them feel not boring.

    4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?

As the audiences were sitting right in front of where I delievered the speech, I think my voice was large enough for them to hear clearly.

    5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?

Yes. I started with questions. by explaining the content, I let them know the content of body briefly. Also after sample tasting, I closed my presentation with remarks on my topic.

    6. Please comment on the speaker's use of notes/eye contact.

I think my reliance on manuscript substantially decreased compared to mid-term exam and number of eye contact with audience, on the other hand, increase significantly.

    7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?

Even if I did a lot of eye contact, it whould have been better for me to give speech without looking at the screen to draw more attention from audience.

    8. What did you like about the presentation?

When I let everyone taste pork bulgoggi I made and they said it was good, I like that moment. Plus, the fact that I draw more attention from the audiences, which is bit different from last presentation, was very satisfactory.
